Limitation of Liability

Aggregate liability with respect to a particular order irrespective of form of action, whether in Tort (including negligence) or in contract (including fundamental breach) will not exceed the aggregate value of services rendered, and any claims will be brought, in accordance with this agreement, within 12 months of the first occurrence giving rise to such claims, or such claims will be forever barred. M.B.A Corporate Services Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (or for any loss of profits), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
